Meet Bahati Mrisho, an experienced beekeeper from Njombe who has been involved in beekeeping since 2010. Bahati has been part of Swahili Honey’s network for the past 3 years.

Initially, Bahati was a traditional beekeeper supplying honey to various buyers. Recognizing his potential, Swahili Honey extended an invitation for him to join their specialized training program.

Before partnering with Swahili Honey, Bahati faced challenges with inconsistent honey yields and inefficient practices. Thanks to the comprehensive training and support provided, he has seen a significant boost in both production and quality.

“Working with Swahili Honey has transformed my beekeeping. Their training has greatly improved my yields, and I no longer deal with unreliable middlemen,” Bahati shared.

The increased profits from his beekeeping have allowed Bahati to upgrade his equipment, invest in his children’s education, and expand his apiary. He is enthusiastic about future growth and exploring new opportunities within the industry.
