1. Accountant (1 position)

Key Responsibility

Accounting:

  • Maintaining accurate financial records, prepare reports and process payments, including payroll.
  • File TRA returns, issue EFD receipts, and conduct Bank reconciliation.
  • Monitor Budgets, investigate variances, and support audits.

Store Management:

  • Manage stock receipts, storage, and distributions while tracking the inventory level. 
  • Inspect income goods for quality, maintain organised storage and prepare inventory reports.
  • Support logistics and insure efficient storage operation.
  • Report to CFO

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
  • 0-3 years' experience in accounting or procurement roles
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Tally etc)
  • Knowledge of inventory processing and systems

2. Driver (2 position)

Key responsibilities

  • Drive a delivery Tuk Tuk to deliver products
  • Promote and sell products during delivery routes
  • Build and maintain customer relationship
  • Collect payments and handle transactions
  • Keep accurate records of deliveries and sales.
  • Conduct regular vehicle checks and maintain cleanliness
  • Provide excellent customer services
  • Report to sales Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Secondary school education (minimum)
  • Driving licences for motorcycle or three-wheels vehicles (MCWG or Equivalents)
  • Experience driving Bajaj or similar vehicles (preferred)
  • Knowledge of local streets and traffic rules.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evening and weekends

3. Sales Representatives (5 Positions)

Key responsibilities

  • Sale Swahili honey products to shops, Hotels, restaurants, and wholesalers 
  • Finding new business opportunities in the local markets
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Meet monthly sales targets.
  • Submit weekly sales targets.
  • Represent the Brand to events and trade shows.
  • Report to sales Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field (preferred)
  • 0-3 years experience (Food industry preferred)
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Must have a smartphone; Drive licences is plus
